1. Accessories Preparation
beginning. All components, from screws to major parts, are sourced from certified suppliers and parts, are sourced from certified suppliers and undergo thorough inspection before entering the production line.

2. Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal workshop is equipped with advanced laser cutters and CNC punching machines, achieving micron-level precision. All cabinets, frames, and structural components are made from high-quality cold-rolled steel, precisely bent and welded to ensure every compressor housing has exceptional structural integrity and dimensional consistency.

3. Painting & Coating
We utilize a fully automated, environmentally friendly painting line. A multi-step pre-treatment process ensures complete decontamination and superior coating adhesion. We apply high-end, eco-friendly powder coatings via electrostatic spray and high-temperature curing, resulting in a uniform, corrosion-resistant, and scratch-proof finish built for harsh industrial environments.

4. Assembly Line
Our workers follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for modular assembly. From the airend and motor to the oil-gas separator, cooling system, piping, and control cabinet, every component is assembled with precision to ensure accuracy and consistency.

5.Testing Line
Every compressor must pass our rigorous “Full-Load Test” before leaving the factory. Units run continuously at rated pressure for 2-4 hours. Our data acquisition system monitors and logs over 20 key parameters in real-time: airflow, power, current, oil temperature, pressure stability, noise, etc.,

6.Final QC Audit
Before packaging, every unit undergoes a comprehensive final audit by senior QC inspectors. This covers paint finish, all fasteners, labeling, electrical wiring compliance, completeness of documentation, and a final review/sign-off on the test report data. This is the final gate in our “Zero-Defect” commitment.

7.Warehouse
We understand that delivery speed is critical to your business. That’s why we strategically maintain ample stock of popular standard models and have built a highly efficient “Rapid Response” warehousing and logistics system.

8. Packing & Dispatch
Standard packaging includes a wooden base with protective bubble wrap, and wooden box packaging is optional . All comply with export standards and are designed to effectively withstand shocks, impacts, and stacking pressure during transportation.

9. Delivery & Logistics
We offering flexible, reliable, and cost-effective shipping solutions worldwide. We provide door-to-door service, handling booking, customs clearance, container loading, and tracking. coordinated by our professional logistics team to ensure on-time, safe delivery
